Adventures to Halloweentown

So YES this place is real and it was awesome!!!!

So we drive two hours down to Portland, Oregon to try out Voodoo Donuts

and then headed over to St Helen's to see the Spirit of Halloweentown where the movies were filmed!  Was definitely and awesome day for sure! :)

Driving West...

So I don't have a lot to say really on this post, but we PCS'd to WA from TN

with that came the long drive taking 5 days to get across the country

After much time away from that blog I sort of decided to restart fresh.

So for a lot of people that know me, you know I come from a family whose parents divorced when I was a kid and then later on my father remarried.  And this video I came across on YouTube really really touched home with me.  maybe I'm just all in my feels about stuff because of the holidays but it brought up a lot of things I've never said and I should have already at this point in my life.  So with that said it's time for a vent session on my part.

So my birthday was the 30th, and I had a phenomenal time with my CHIVE friends who through me a party!  I had way more to drink then I probably should have, but hey it's my birthday and allowed.  I then went to Texas to see my family for a week....it'd been a year and
